Service and maintenance

In addition to this delivery program, we offer you a well-equipped service department, so that we can provide you with excellent service on location or in our workshop. Our service technicians visit the customer every day to carry out maintenance or to resolve malfunctions. They have fully equipped service buses for this, so that they can carry out repairs quickly and efficiently.
VA certification

The Working Conditions Decree has been in force since 1 July 1997. This places the responsibility for making safe materials available to the employer. This includes forklifts and other mobile internal means of transport such as pallet trucks, stackers, reach trucks and telehandlers. VA certification offers you the certainty that an internal means of transport is indeed safe.

The VA safety inspection is set up in such a way that it can coincide with a periodic maintenance. This has two important advantages: The means of transport does not stand still longer than necessary The sticker affixed guarantees that no safety aspect or component has been overlooked.
