Die GESUTRA GmbH ist ein mittelständisches Unternehmen, das von Herrn Peter Lührs und Herrn Otmar Gojcic vor über 30 Jahren gegründet wurde. Zu Beginn war das Geschäftsfeld die Produktion und der Vertrieb von Stahlstützen, Stahllüftungsplatten und Zubehör für den Systembodenbau. Eine positive Geschäftsentwicklungen ermöglichte den kontinuierlichen Ausbau der Lagerkapazitäten, aktuell halten wir über 2.500.000 Stützen gut sortiert am Lager vorrätig. Die kundenorientierte Geschäftsabwicklung und die Lieferung von Qualitätsprodukten “just in time”, insbesondere bei Grossbaustellen, ist ein geschätztes Merkmal der GESUTRA GmbH.
Im November 2002 wurde das Unternehmen und alle beteiligten Firmen an die Söhne, Herrn Dr. Jörg Lührs und Herrn Christian Gojcic, übergeben. Alleiniger Geschäftsführer wurde Herr Dr. Jörg Lührs. Der Aufbau weiterer Geschäftsfelder und die Steigerung der Umsätze ohne Reibungs- und Qualitätsverluste steht weiterhin im Mittelpunkt der Aktivitäten der GESUTRA GmbH. Durch eigene ISO9001 zertifizierten Produktionsstätten in Osteuropa und Fernost und die dadurch aufgebauten Kontakte wurden weitere Geschäftsbereiche erschlossen. So hat sich die GESUTRA GmbH zu einem sehr erfolgreichen Lieferanten für Hub- und Fördergeräte entwickelt und sich am europäischen Markt mit der eigenen Marke »HanseLifter« hervorragend etabliert.
Aktuell werden jährlich ca. 20.000 Tonnen Ladungsaufkommen logistisch abgewickelt. Unsere Jahresproduktion an Stützen und Systembodenprodukten beträgt mehr als 27.000.000 Stück.
Im Frühjahr 2010 hat die GESUTRA GmbH die erfolgreiche Expansion auf dem internationalen Markt fortgesetzt. Die Tochtergesellschaft GESUTRA USA LLC. wurde gegründet und eine Niederlassung in Atlanta eröffnet. Nahezu zeitgleich wurde in Amman, Jordanien, eine Vertriebsniederlasssung eröffnet von der alle Aktivitäten im Nahen Osten koordiniert werden.
Weltweit sind ca. 450 Mitarbeiter bei der GESUTRA GmbH und deren Tochterfirmen beschäftigt. Durch die Expansion der Firma in Bremen im Sommer 2006 stiegen die Lagerkapazitäten auf ca. 10.000 qm. Dies steigert die Verfügbarkeit der Waren und die Sortimentsbreite - ein weiterer Garant für das zukünftige Wachtstum der GESUTRA GmbH.
